("Terms") govern your access to and use of our job board/platform located at
konnectnet.lk (the "Platform"). By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If
you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of the

resume management, and related functionalities.

provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account
information up-to-date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for
all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your
account, you must notify us immediately.

3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated
these Terms or if your use of the Platform is harmful to our services or other users.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Job Seekers
• Accuracy: Ensure that all information provided in your profile, resume, and job
applications is accurate and truthful.
• Respect: Interact with employers and other users professionally and respectfully.
• Compliance: Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and
regulations.

4.2 Employers
• Job Listings: Ensure that job postings are accurate, lawful, and comply with all
    applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Non-Discrimination: Provide equal employment opportunities and avoid
    discriminatory practices.
• User Data: Handle job seekers' personal data in accordance with applicable privacy
    laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
• Illegal Activities: Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of
    any applicable laws or regulations.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information or impersonating
    another individual or entity.
• Harassment: Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or intimidation towards
    other users.
• Malware: Introducing or distributing any viruses, worms, or harmful code that may
    damage or interfere with the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Platform are
owned by KonnectNet or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or
distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

6.2 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, such as resumes or job
applications. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual,
and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the
Platform.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind,
either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of
the information on the Platform.

7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KonnectNet will not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to
your use of the Platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KonnectNet, its
affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against
any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of
the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal
requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on
our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your
acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved in the courts located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
