We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist, handle inquiries across multiple channels, provide timely solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
(Tamil would be an added advantage)
Should have an excellent working knowledge in MS products and with digital & social media platforms
Prior experience in call center, CRM or hospitality will be an added advantage (School leavers welcome)
Flexible to work on a roster basis including night shifts, weekends & public holidays
