ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and evaluate land acquisition and real estate development opportunities.
Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and project viability assessments.
Manage project approvals and coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders.
Oversee project planning, execution, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, consultants, and business partners.
Professional Qualification in Real Estate, Property Development, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development, property, construction, or project
Strong knowledge of land acquisition, property laws, and development regulations in Sri Lanka.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
