
Senior Manager – Human Resources
(Industrial Relations)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage all industrial relations matters including grievances, disciplinary processes, and dispute resolution.
Ensure full compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Provide strategic guidance to management on IR matters, risk mitigation, and best practices.
Build and maintain effective relationships with labour authorities and external stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve IR policies and procedures.
Support organizational change initiatives while maintaining industrial harmony.
Drive employee welfare, engagement, wellness, and recreational initiatives.
Monitor and ensure adherence to organizational grooming and conduct standards.
Oversee the administration of corporate medical insurance schemes, including coordination with stakeholders.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution.
Qualification in Bachelor of Laws will be an added advantage.
Membership in a recognized professional HR body will be a distinct advantage.
Minimum of five years senior management experience in Human Resources, preferably within a large and dynamic corporate environment.
Proven expertise in employee relations, industrial relations, and disciplinary management.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, and change management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
