Leading Construction Project
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor the Quantity Surveying team to ensure effective cost planning and control.
Oversee project cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Implement best practices and SOPS in cost management and procurement.
Liaise with management, clients, consultants, and contractors on cost-related matters.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify financial risks across projects.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying would be added advantage.
- 10-15 years' experience in the Real estate, Construction project or interior.
Experience in costing would be an added advantage.
Strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and procurement.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
