JOB PROFILE
Performs planning, organizing and action* laboratory operations and execution
Needs to be able to lead. train and guide laboratory staff to optimize performance
Administer laboratory operations to assure quality and compliance in line with Good Laboratory Practices
Ensure customer centricity. administrative efficiency and effective cost management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience of more than 6 years in SMLT/MLT Grades
Shall be SLMC registered
Sound technical and commercial acumen
Should be conversant with MS Office packages
Should have sound interpersonal and communication skills, with good attention to detail
