
Executive Management Accounting

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and annual accounts by accurately allocating costs and finalizing income and balance sheet reconciliations.
Handle the Annual Audit in line with Parent company time lines
Ensure timely availability of financial information by checking records and passing necessary journal entries.
Participate in the annual budget preparation, analyze historical data and sales forecasts, and provide inputs for the budgeting process.
Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and report variances.
Generate MIS reports on a monthly, biannual, and annual basis to support strategic decision-making.
Educational & Qualification Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and or part qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in management accounting, preferably within FMCG manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
Experience in a Public Listed Company (PLC) would be an added advantage.
Experience in working with multinational company
Experience in ERP based environments
