/ COMPUTER VISION ENGINEER
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop ML computer vision apps for gemstone detection, classification, segmentation, and recognition
Build LLM applications tailored to the gemstone domain using latest frameworks
Gather user requirements, define project scope, and document dataset needs for model training
Collaborate with a 10T‑product engineering team (ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, vendors)
Establish and maintain a full MLOps environment and code repository
Conduct research/product development, prepare specifications, run experiments, document/report findings, and hand over to downstream teams
Perform data preparation, preprocessing, model building, testing, validation, and deployment for scalable AI solutions
WHAT WE VALUE
Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Data Science, AI, or related engineering
3–5 years’ experience in ML/DL architectures for computer vision
Strong Python skills; hands‑on with PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, torchvision, timm, Hugging Face Transformers
Expertise in Vision Transformer (ViT) models (DETR, DINOv2, SAM) and vision–language models (CLIP, SigLIP, BLIP)
Knowledge of contrastive learning, self‑supervised pre‑training, few/zero‑shot adaptation for detection, segmentation, classification, retrieval
Deep understanding of digital image processing, transformations, real‑time analytics, feature extraction
Experience with large‑scale image data pipelines
Skilled in data storytelling, visualization, and technical writing
Strong research/problem‑solving abilities; curious and eager to learn/share new methods
Hands‑on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and backend stacks (FastAPI, Redis, Docker) for scalable AI deployment
Proficient with modern AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot), extensibility features (Skills, Plugins, sub‑agents, MCP integrations), and prompt engineering
Effective communicator and collaborator; responsible, reliable, and integrity‑driven
The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
