Cluster Finance – Reporting & Compliance Head – Colombo 03
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead financial reporting and consolidation for the Logistics Cluster
Ensure compliance with SLFRS/LKAS, tax, and regulatory requirements
Manage audits, internal controls, and governance processes
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability
Drive risk management and process improvement initiatives
Coordinate with Group Finance, auditors, regulators, and business teams
Lead, develop, and manage finance teams across multiple entities
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Fully qualified CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in finance, with exposure to logistics/shipping preferred
Strong knowledge of SLFRS/LKAS and Sri Lankan tax regulations
Experience in audit handling and consolidation
Prior experience in a group or cluster finance role is an advantage
Salary Range: LKR 200K – 300K (Gross), Negotiable.
