Civil Engineer
(Real Estate/Construction Project)
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Planning: Conducting feasibility studies, reviewing structural drawings, and creating construction schedules.
Site Management: Supervising daily operations, allocating resources, and resolving structural or logistical issues.
Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Inspecting materials, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and executing the work safely to avoid costly rework.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and government authorities to ensure project milestones are met.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
BSc. Eng (Civil) with Chartered Qualification
Minimum 05 years of total Experience in Similar capacity
Previous experience in construction projects will be given an added advantage
The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
