JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve category sales and profitability targets.
Manage the overall product portfolio, including pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, consultants, and key customers.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
Monitor inventory, forecasts, and stock movements to maintain optimal stock levels.
Conduct product presentations, customer visits, and training programs.
Prepare sales reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Drive category growth while maintaining customer satisfaction and service standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in category management, sales, or business development within the electrical, air conditioning, hardware, or building materials industry.
A Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of the above categories and the local market.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office applications
