Business Transformation Assistant Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive transformation initiatives from idea generation to implementation, ensuring successful delivery against project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and support business transformation priorities.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field
Exposure to Supply Chain or Apparel Manufacturing environments will be considered an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
Expertise in data analytics and project management
Strong computer literacy with advanced skills in I Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accountability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
