
Sales Admin Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and oversee all sales administration operations.
Monitor sales team activities including outlet visits, route plans, and market coverage adherence.
Coordinate with the Head of Sales in sales target planning, allocation, and performance monitoring.
Ensure timely and accurate sales invoicing and documentation processes.
Monitor delivery arrangements and coordinate dispatch priorities according to route plans and customer requirements.
Maintain and monitor agency registration documents, agreements, and related administrative records.
Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and other management reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, sales coordination, or a similar managerial role.
Experience in FMCG or distribution sector will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of sales operations, reporting, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and reporting tools.
