KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to achieve operational excellence.
Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets in quality, cost, and delivery.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality assurance, and food safety standards.
Improve production efficiency through process improvements, lean initiatives, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Safety.
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular operational performance reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline) or equivalent.
Proven experience in a Manager/Senior Manager production/operations management role experience in Spice/Food manufacturing strong advantage.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety systems (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP) is beneficial.
Salary 700K-800K (Negotiable)
