
Manager Senior/Manager
-International Sales (Cinnamon)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute international sales strategies to grow Cinnamon exports and increase global market share
Identify, penetrate, and develop new international markets, customers, and distribution channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with key global buyers, distributors, and strategic partners
Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and long-term customer agreements
Collaborate closely with sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure consistent supply and customer satisfaction
Explore and develop opportunities for value-added, customized, and differentiated Cinnamon products
Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand patterns to inform strategy
Achieve agreed revenue, profitability, and sales volume targets
Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification will be an advantage)
Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales within spices or agri-commodities
Strong knowledge of global Cinnamon markets and established customer networks will be a distinct advantage
Proven track record in international business development and export sales growth
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sourcing, and quality teams
Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel extensively for international business development
