Finance Manager (CIMA) – Colombo

We’re looking for a CIMA qualified Finance Manager you’ll oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis ensuring leadership has the right numbers at the right time.
What you’ll do:
Deliver timely revenue and performance reporting
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles
Partner with business teams to evaluate ROI and unit economics
Prepare board-ready packs with insights for decision-making
Required Skills
Strong background in accounting and finance, with solid experience in tax compliance and financial reporting.
Proven experience in managing financial operations.
Prior experience with import/export-related financial processes (TTs, LCs, and customs documentation) is highly preferred.
High attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
Qualifications:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in finance or accounting management.
In-depth knowledge of local tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience handling financial processes related to imports is a definite advantage.
Fully Qualified or membership in CIMA preferred.
