
Junior Executive Sales Officer

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with a result driven approach to work
Promote and sell vehicles by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Conduct follow-ups on inquiries, leads, and potential clients in a timely manner
Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation accurately
Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, after-sales) to ensure smooth delivery of Vehicles
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and market trends
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Successful Applicant’s Profile
Partly or fully qualified in Marketing / Management or a related field
Strong communication skills in Sinhala, English & Tamil (Ability to Speak in Tamil will be added advantage)
Proven experience in sales (preferably in vehicle sales or a related field)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
