Executive Service Advisor

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with a result driven approach to work
Attend to customers requiring body repair and paint services in a professional manner
Inspect vehicles and provide accurate job estimates and timelines
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of repairs
Maintain proper job records, documentation, and follow-up on ongoing work
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and insurance-related processes efficiently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Monitor work progress and keep customers updated regularly
Successful Applicant’s Profile
Diploma / NVQ qualification in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Body & Paint experience preferred)
Good knowledge of vehicle body repair and paint processes
Hands-on experience in IFS system (mandatory or strong advantage)
Strong communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil will be an added advantage)
Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Computer literacy including MS Office and workshop management systems
Valid driving license
