JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all IT functionalities of the company
- Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and endpoint management
- Establish, implement, and monitor IT security measures in line with company policies.
- Managing IT budgets, vendor coordination, and IT procurement.
- Drive IT projects aligned with business growth, such as system integrations, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintain IT documentation and policies.
- Test and maintain disaster recovery plans (DRP) and business continuity procedures
- Provide hands-on support for SAP users to learn and utilize SAP functionalities effectively
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software and network related issues
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a Senior managerial or Deaprtment Head capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience in managing ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Windows/Linux servers, and cloud environments.
- Proven experience in implementing IT security, compliance controls, and managing audits.
- Ability to manage vendors, contracts, and IT budgets.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and mentor IT teams.
- High level of commitment with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
