Group Head of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage HR operations across the Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, driving organizational growth and performance.
Oversee performance management systems to foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous development.
Manage and optimize compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and industry best practices across all HR functions.
Provide leadership and strategic direction to HR teams, guiding them in daily operations and long-term HR initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Proven experience in leading and developing HR teams.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
A results-driven approach with a passion for people and organizational success.
