Group Chief Supply Chain Officer
(CXO level)-Hospital
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage all supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
Develop and implement cost-efficient supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
Drive sustainability and innovation in supply chain processes.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior supply chain management role.
Proven expertise in supply chain planning, execution, and optimization.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
