JOB PROFILE
Create and apply an effective sales and business development strategy for the organization, while representing the sales and marketing function at the EXCO level of the organization
Driving sustainable financial growth through boosting revenue generation programs such as customer attraction, customer conversions and forging strong relationships with clients
Provide leadership in stakeholder engagement, digital marketing, developing referral channels, networking with KOLs with a clear understanding of the financial model for the hospitals and the relevant target groups
Create awareness and build up the relationships with visiting & resident consultants and track KPIs related to business growth of consultants
Improve the internal business processes to achieve the business plans accordingly
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in business management/ marketing and/or professional qualification in marketing management from a recognized university/ institute
Having an MBA would be an added advantage
A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in sales & marketing function at a managerial level, in a reputed Pharmaceutical organization.
Should be a team Player, skills in team management
Direct or indirect exposure to health care/Pharmaceutical marketing and business development would have an added advantage
Candidate should be excellent in networking and building relationships with multiple stakeholders
