You are responsible for delivering the happiness to every customer through high-speed service, exceptional bubble tea quality, and a humble. professional at Your goal is to ensure every guest receives their desired food within our 3-minute service standard.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: Minimum of G.C.E. O/L
Prior experience in F&B or a cafe environment is preferred but not mandate, (Full training provided).
A high-energy. "Fire Horse" spirit with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to communicate clearly in Sinhala and basic English (to serve tourists and international students).
Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
