Executive/ Senior Executive -
Safety, Sustainability & Compliance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system, standards and group guidelines and promote a strong safety culture
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification across operations
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate safety training programmes and fire drills
Manage key compliance certifications (C-TPAT, ISO 9001/14001/18001, SMETA, GRS, RCS) and maintain all required documentation
Drive sustainability and environmental initiatives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety culture and compliance standards
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with exposure to OHS. compliance and sustainability
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the fields of OHS compliance & sustainability
Professional qualifications in the relevant field will be a definite advantage
Excellent command of the English and Sinhala languages (written and oral)
Salary 150K (Negotiable)
