
SHOWROOM MANAGER / SALES MANAGER
(Nittambuwa)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in showroom sales or sales management, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong ability to manage digital customer channels and direct showroom sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Good command of English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
diploma or degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
professional training in sales management or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
handle and convert social media and online inquiries (facebook. Whatsapp, etc.) Into confirmed sales.
engage with walk-in customers, provide professional product consultations, and close sales.
develop and maintain corporate / institutional client relationships to expand business opportunities.
prepare quotations. Sales proposals, and follow-up with customers effectively.
achieve monthly sales targets and kpis, set by management.
coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and sales reports.
