ROLE PROFILE
Collaborate with all departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
Conduct cost center review meetings with respective stakeholders, monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis / recommendations for corrective actions.
Monitor KPIs and ensure timely escalation of performance deviations.
Analyze and control costs across various verticals and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate closely with the management to enhance business performance by facilitating well-informed high quality financial decisions.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all management information reports.
Coordinate product pricing and conduct category / customer / order wise actual profitability review evaluations.
Ensure effective investment management, particularly in capital expenditure projects by addressing governance, risk, financial performance and post investment reviews.
Drive automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
Undertake additional responsibilities and assignments as required by the role to contribute to the effective delivery and development of the service.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Full or part qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Management.
A minimum of 5 years’ working experience of which 2 years are in a similar capacity.
Prior experience in Export / Manufacturing sector and ERP System (SAP) is a distinct advantage.
Possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to understand, adapt, initiate, implement processes and operate in a changing environment.
A team player with high levels of energy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
