Responsibilities….
Manage User Inquiries On (Outlook, One Drive, MS Teams, etc.), including user provisioning, policy enforcement, and data security.
Maintain Active Directory environment, including user/group management, permissions, and policies.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Aruba network devices (Access Points and Security Gateways).
Ensure secure, stable, and scalable IT infrastructure, including network performance monitoring and issue resolution.
Provide operational support and maintenance for ERP – SAGE X3 and QB systems to ensure smooth daily operations and data integrity. Mandatory to have the Knowledge on SAGE X3 or any other ERP
Liaise with vendors, service providers and Saint-Gobain IT Service Team for system upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
Handling Company Website and social media Pages(Tik Tok, YouTube, Facebook) by Content Creation.
Having the knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other Design Software Will be Added Advantage.
Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support for internal staff. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Train and assist users with IT tools and best practices to improve productivity and data security.
Provide the trainings and enforce security best practices across systems and users.
Ensure regular backups, disaster recovery plans, and data protection measures are in place and tested. • Assist in IT-related project planning, implementation, evaluation And IT Budget
Maintain detailed documentation for systems, configurations, processes, and incidents.
Contribute to IT policy development and enforcement across the organization.
Requirements…….
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT support/administration.
Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure/Active Directory, CompTIA Network+, or similar. • Communication In English Is Required.
Strong experience with Sage X3 ERP or Any other industry recognized ERP is Mandatory.
Proficient in handling Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Windows Server environments. • Hands-on experience with Unifi Systems (Aruba controller, APs, switches, and firewalls(Palo Alto).
Experience with other ERP environment Is distinct Advantage.
Familiarity with backup solutions – Specially Veeam, NAS, antivirus tools, and endpoint protection platforms.
Knowledge of network protocols, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, and DNS/DHCP
Good understanding of ITIL processes and helpdesk ticketing systems
