
Export Sales Manager
(Coconut Based Products)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Export Sales Manager to lead and grow our international sales. You will be responsible for managing global customer accounts, developing new markets, and ensuring smooth and compliant export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute export strategies to expand our global footprint
Manage and grow relationships with international distributors, clients, and partners
Oversee the documentation, logistics, and regulatory compliance for exports
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities abroad
Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to meet customer expectations
Attend international trade shows and represent the company in global markets
Requirements:
Proven experience (10+ years) in export sales, preferably in FMCG or food products
Strong understanding of international trade laws, Incoterms, and export documentation
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to travel internationally as required
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of ERP systems is a bonus
The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
