Chief Operating Officer
(freight forwarding, NVOCC, logistics, and shipping)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
Oversee freight forwarding, NVOCC, logistics, and shipping agency operations.
Manage partner networks and maintain global logistics relationships.
Lead and guide operational teams to ensure efficiency and high performance.
Utilize in-house fleet to deliver full logistics solutions.
Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
Represent the company in negotiations, forums, and client discussions.
Align company goals with the broader vision of the Group.
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years in shipping/logistics with 5+ years in senior management.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding, NVOCC, ship agency services.
Proven leadership and business development capabilities.
Experience with global freight networks and partnerships.
Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations.
