Chief Operating Officer
(Hospital)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
Manage partner networks and maintain global customer relationship.
Lead and guide operational teams to ensure efficiency and high performance.
Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
Represent the company in negotiations, forums, and client discussions.
Align company goals with the broader vision of the Group.
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years in Hospital, Pharmaceutical or Medical devices with 5+ years in senior management.
Strong understanding of Hospital operation & business development.
Proven leadership and business development capabilities.
Experience with International Market
