
Chief HR Officer
Leading Group of Hospital Tier 1
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations and strategy across the Group to support organizational growth and transformation.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
Ensure effective onboarding and smooth employee exits, analyzing trends for continuous improvement.
Drive performance management, succession planning, and training initiatives to nurture internal talent.
Manage salaries, bonuses, benefits, and ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations.
Enhance employee engagement, maintain HR SOPs, and uphold legal and ethical HR governance.
Represent the company in labor-related matters and lead the Group's disciplinary processes with fairness and integrity.
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's Degree or MBA in HR or Organizational Development will be a strong advantage.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/group
level HR role.
Demonstrated success in managing HR functions across multiple business units or industries.
In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws, HR systems, and compliance.
