Job Responsibilities
Ensure the timely provision of accurate management accounts through regular monitoring of revenue recognition and expenditure to support data-driven decision-making and compliance with statutory financial policies.
Facilitate the annual audit process by coordinating with auditors and presenting fair and transparent accounts.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and corporate plans in collaboration with departments, aligning them with the strategic goals of the business.
Oversee effective tax management through timely and accurate handling of statutory obligations to maximize stakeholder value and avoid penalties.
Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects by liaising with all stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Secure competitive rates and facilities from financial institutions by monitoring market trends and maintaining strong banking relationships to reduce interest costs.
Manage treasury functions effectively, including monitoring of debtors, and creditors to optimize working capital and mitigate foreign exchange risks.
Monitor debt collection and credit extensions in line with group credit policies to mitigate risks and improve company cash flow.
Lead and develop the finance team by providing feedback, identifying training needs, and fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
Qualifications
Fully qualified/Final stage/Passed finalist in CA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role—preferably within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including BOI compliance and local tax laws.
Salary 200K-250K+Vehicle+Fuel
