
Senior Sales Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Administration:
Provide end-to-end administrative support to the sales team.
Manage sales reports, contracts, quotations, and CRM updates.
Track sales targets, performance, and forecasts.
Prepare weekly board updates and monthly presentation decks.
Generate and distribute daily sales reports for the COO and regional teams (Ather & Revolt brands).
Order Processing & Coordination:
Oversee accurate and timely customer order processing.
Liaise with logistics, production, and inventory teams to ensure fulfillment.
Draft customer contracts, agreements, and sales documentation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for key customers.
Handle inquiries, orders, and service issues with professionalism.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage and compile the daily Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) report.
Sales Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare sales performance reports for senior management.
Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights.
Assist in sales presentations and business proposals.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements in sales workflows.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Maintain and update documentation and training resources.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure strategic alignment.
Mentor junior sales administrators and provide support.
Document leadership meeting minutes and ensure follow-ups.
Manage schedules, calendars, and tasks via Microsoft Planner.
Assist in the Import Control License process and other operational tasks.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft Planner.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proven ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Experience preparing professional reports and board-level presentations is a plus.
Team-oriented with leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
Location: Kollupitiya Working : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary : Above 100,000 Notice Period : Immediately
