
Plant HR Manager
As the Plant HR Manager, you will lead the HR function of our 24 hours operated export oriented multiple food processing plants located in Gampaha.
Key Job Functions.
Lead plant HR teams and ensure delivery of their daily/ weekly/ monthly KPls.
Identify HR challenges pertaining to Operations and deploy required HR solutions and ensure 100% execution.
Ensure employee availability for undisturbed production process.
Lead employee productivity improvement mechanisms/ studies.
Devise employee engagement mechanism and ensure employee retention.
Timely delivery of HRIS information/ reports to operations teams for decision making.
Implement factory employees' performance measurement systems for effective rewarding.
Ensure employee training is carried out to fill skill gaps.
Closely associate with technical training/ universities in filling vacancies.
Overall in charge of administrative functions of the plants and the Plant Admin Team.
Ensure compliance to social and statutory requirements applicable to the sector.
The ideal candidate should have.
A degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Management. An MBA is a distinctive advantage.
Minimum of 10 years hands on experience as HR Manager in manufacturing industry.
Experience in Food Processing/ Apparel /FMCG industries is an added advantage.
Successfully demonstrated leadership in managing multiple HR teams.
The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
