PERSONAL PROFILE
2 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience in promoting products in the Respiratory, Cardio-metabolic, or Urology fields is an added advantage.
Degree/Diploma or recognized professional qualification in marketing.
Pleasant personality, confident body language, and strong communication skills.
Basic operating knowledge of computers, smartphones, and tablets is required.
JOB PROFILE
Achieve sales targets through brand marketing, aligned with the annual plan.
Monitor business metrics and plan for sales achievement accordingly.
Ensure adherence to basic operational standards.
Continuously improve in-clinic effectiveness to drive better outcomes and increase prescriptions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure continued engagement with key Stakeholders.
The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
