Responsibilities
- All the employee life-cycle activities of the division will be responsibility of the selected candidate.
- To visit the factory frequently and report to the management to take appropriate actions.
- To make sure the industrial harmony is maintained, and the employees are treated equally and to make sure a happy workplace for the employees.
- To involve with the recruitment process of the division and make sure the cadre is always available to support the smooth process of the function.
- To be actively involved in the employee welfare activities of the division and the company as a whole.
Requirement
- Candidate should possess a B.Sc. in Business management (Preferred in HR) or PQHR from CIPM; MBA/M.Sc. will be an additional advantage.
- Sound experience in Time Attendance, Labor Handling, Payroll handling, Recruitment & Selection, Grievances Handling
- The previous experience in hardcore HR of over 5+ years will be given the preference.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in AM HR/Manager HR Grade
- Salary will be 300K-350K (Negotiable)
