
Procurement (Intern)
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with Purchase Orders: Monitoring order details, ensuring accuracy, tracking order status, and maintaining records.
Market Research: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers by analyzing product quality, price, and market trends.
Vendor Communication: Maintaining supplier databases, coordinating meetings, and assisting in negotiations.
Supporting Contracts: Organizing contracts, tracking expiration dates, helping with compliance, and preparing necessary documents.
Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels and collaborating with suppliers to maintain efficient inventory flow.
Cost Analysis and Reporting: Collecting supplier data, preparing cost reports, and aiding decision-making with financial insights.
Administrative Support: Organizing procurement records, assisting with correspondence, and maintaining smooth workflow
Educational & Qualification Requirements
Typically, candidates are undergraduate or graduate students in fields like Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or related areas.
Part qualification in professional certifications (CIPS, CIMA) or relevant diplomas adds value.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and good command of English are commonly required
The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
