We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources (Rathmalana), who living close to Wadduwa, Mt Lavinia, Dehiwala or Rathmalana candidates will prefer to apply.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Should be a Male
- Minimum of 5-7years’ experience in the field of Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG/Manufacturing sector as a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager grade
- Ability to work with HRIS & familiarity in MS office packages.
- Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills ( both written & oral) in Sinhala & English are essential.
- The candidate should be an efficient, detail-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree / PQHRM or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute/University
- Salary: Approx. 150K – 180K (Negotiable). Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
