
Assistant Manager / Manager Supply Chain
(Construction / Project)
2 Year contract
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full procurement cycle of raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies
Build and maintain reliable supplier networks
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with Production, R&D, QA, and Commercial teams for timely procurement
Monitor stock levels and implement proactive procurement planning
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with company procurement standards and regulatory policies
Requirements:
A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
5 - 8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Construction or Project handling
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
Analytical thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Salary-Negotiable (200K-350K)
