
Senior Sales Supervisor General Trade
(FMCG)
THE JOB INCLUDES
Achieving sales performance in the assigned territories and ensuring growth of the business.
Assisting in managing the distribution channel in General Trade in the assigned territories by leading, supervising and training Distributor Sales Representatives.
Building & maintaining strong relationships with Distributors, Wholesalers and Key Retail Accounts.
Coordinating, monitoring and ensuring proper product display, product launches, branding and promotional activities at retail points.
Planning and executing regular market visits to monitor performance, addressing distributor issues, and promptly reporting operational challenges to superiors.
Gathering data on competitor activities, pricing and market trends for strategic decision making.
APPLICANT PROFILE
3 - 5 years' experience in FMCG or Beverage Sector.
G.C.E. Advanced Level.
Full or partial professional qualification from CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) or SLIM (Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing) is a definite advantage.
Excellent communication, persuasion and networking skills complemented by strong organizational and planning abilities.
