
Manger / Assistant Manager Procurement
(Hotels)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the company's end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to contract execution
Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with business goals
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable local and international suppliers
Establish and maintain long-term supplier relationships to ensure continuity and quality
Monitor procurement budgets and ensure compliance with internal financial controls
Drive market intelligence initiatives to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate risk
Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless alignment with operational and export requirements
Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and sustainability standards across all procurement activities
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement within the Hotel/Restaurant industry
Strong exposure to export-oriented operations
Experience in Food & Beverages or FMCG will added advantage.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Salary 400K-500K (Negotiable)
