
Manager - Organizational Development
Key Responsibilities
Analyze the performance of business clusters and identify areas for improvement.
Provide data driven insights and financial analyses to support strategic decision making.
Prepare and present performance reports and improvement strategies to the top management.
Conduct business unit and individual performance evaluations and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with business heads on performance enhancement and market aligned strategies.
Lead initiatives in talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, HRM, or related field; a Master’s qualification is an added advantage.
8-10 years’ experience in Organizational Development, Business Analytics, or Performance Management in a diversified business setting.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
