
Executive / Senior Executive Learning and Development
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Learning and Development (L&D) Assistant Manager/Senior Executive L&D to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing engaging learning experiences, and supporting the continuous development of our employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data
- Design and deliver effective learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules
- Coordinate and manage onboarding programs for new employees
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements
- Support leadership development, soft skills, and technical training sessions
- Maintain training calendars and records of participation and progress
- Collaborate with department heads to align learning strategies with business goals
- Stay up-to-date with new learning trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in Learning and Development or a similar HR role
(minimum 2-3+ years preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with LMS platforms and virtual learning tools is an advantage
Ability to design creative and engaging training materials
Passion for people development and continuous learning
