
DIGITAL MEDIA MARKETING STRATEGIST
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-platform digital strategies across social media, email, SEC and paid advertising.
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other emerging platforms.
Collaborate with content creators, designers and influencers to craft a compelling brand narrative.
Monitor campaign performance, customer insights and digital trends to guide strategic decisions.
Optimize digital ad spend to achieve ROAS and engagement goals.
Lead product launches and brand awareness initiatives from concept to execution.
Prerequisites:
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or content strategy.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, metrics and audience behaviour.
Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional eye for detail, visual design and consistent branding.
Passionate about beauty, skincare and the latest digital trends.
Fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills.
The salary is open to negotiation and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the suitable candidate.
